The LAPD began cracking down on the Hollywood Blvd Characters for the last several months and a fight is now on with the City Hall. Some say you cannot fight City Hall, and I for one hope this is the case. Don’t get me wrong. I enjoyed taking pictures on Hollywood Blvd, but sometimes the hassle was not worth it.
