In HGTV’s $250,000 Challenge, five families living in the same neighborhood share a dream: to improve their homes and win $250,000. The families compete in weekly home improvement and design challenges, each based on one of HGTV’s most popular shows. A panel of judges including HGTV hosts and designers sends the families who did the best work on to the next challenge and toward the ultimate goal of earning a newly renovated home and a $250,000 cash prize.

It looks like she needs a hand with that oversize check. I’m sure cashing it would be difficult as well. Wire transfer, please!

The Royal Pains promotional crew was out at Hollywood and Highland the other day, in advance of the USA Network premiere on Thursday, June 4th.

It seems interesting, if you like medical shows mixed with 90210, or in this case 11962.

I would have added a video clip, however USA does not have embed codes for videos. This seems to be a missed opportunity USA. (hint)

It kinda takes be back to the old days of playing Dungeons and Dragons. (circa 1979) Sadly,  Dungeons and Dragons co-founder Dave Arneson will not be around to see the show, as he passed away only 2 days before last night’s the premiere. I think he would have liked the show.
